Doug Circle has built a strong reputation in the agricultural and commercial real estate sector. Doug is a graduate of California Agricultural Leadership Program Class of XXV. From 1978 to 2005, he successfully acquired and integrated 20 companies, culminating in the formation of Sunrise Growers, Inc. The company emerged as the largest processor of frozen strawberries in the United States. In 2003, Doug made the strategic decision to sell Sunrise Growers, Inc. to private equity investors.
Doug established Circle Vision in 2003, as a privately owned commercial and agricultural real estate investment company.
Laura Manuel

Laura Manuel has worked with Doug Circle since 1998. She is responsible for all finance and accounting functions at Circle Vision. She is also involved with the company’s investment strategies and asset acquisitions.
Prior to joining Circle Vision, she was Director of Accounting for Quiksilver, Inc. and prior to that served in both divisional and corporate controller roles in the food and agriculture industry.
Laura began her career in public accounting and earned her CPA license after graduating from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Laura spends her free time traveling and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
Billy Taketa
Investment/Asset Manager

Billy Taketa brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to his position at Circle Vision. He leads the company’s asset management efforts, while also being involved in the company’s real estate investment activities.
Prior to joining Circle Vision, Billy served as Senior Asset Manager for Wells Fargo, where he managed the Bank’s Central Valley and Northern Nevada portfolio. Before that, he was the Vice President for Wind River Group, and was directly involved with the firm’s acquisition, asset management and disposition endeavors.
Billy graduated from Boston College, and received his MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Born and raised in Orange County, Billy enjoys all that southern California has to offer, including going to the beach with his wife and three children.
Gina Ross

Gina Ross is the go-to person at Circle Vision. She manages Doug's calendar, coordinates appointments, meetings and events, coordinates office operations, and assists with the daily management of Circle Vision's various properties.
When away from the office, Gina enjoys time with her family and traveling.
Dennis Rasor
House Legal Counsel
Dennis Rasor has served as outside general counsel to Circle Vision since 2012 and has 23 years of experience providing a wide variety of legal services to business owners. After leaving Greenberg Traurig, LLP in 2012, Dennis opened his own private practice in Dana Point, California and enjoys learning all aspects of his client's businesses. His experience includes representing landlords and tenants, retail developers and operators, residential developers, agriculture and winery operators, international resort developers and operators, real estate investors, and a wide variety of other large and small businesses.
Dennis was raised in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1994. He migrated to Orange County, California in 2000 and quickly became a downhill ski enthusiast. Dennis enjoys the honesty and integrity of the entire team at Circle Vision and is honored to be a part of its success.
Robyn Quartucy

Robyn Quartucy joined Circle Vision in the fall of 2019, and is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations. With 15 years' experience in property management accounting, she's excited not only to expand her knowledge in that arena, but also by the new challenge of agricultural accounting.
When not delving into the ever-changing world of accounting operations, Robyn loves going to Disneyland with her daughter and spending time with family and their dog.
Betty Rucker

After receiving a business degree from Cal State Fullerton, Betty Rucker worked in accounting positions in the non-profit industry, for a CPA firm and for small businesses. At Circle Vision, she is responsible for month-end closings, financial reporting and other fun and exciting account projects. She values the fast-paced environment and learning about the agriculture and commercial real estate business.
When not at work, Betty enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, and son, Jared, and visiting her grandchildren.
